Contest Rules

1. Eligibility:

The contest is open to all individuals residing in Canada, 18 years of age or older, excluding employees, representatives, and agents of Hart Stores, its affiliates, advertising or promotional agencies, as well as their immediate family members or those living in the same household.

2. Contest Period:

The contest begins on December 1, 2024, and ends on December 31, 2024, at 11:59 PM (ET) (hereinafter the “Contest Period”).

3. How to Enter:

  • Purchase a product from one of the participating Hart Stores locations during the Contest Period (the entire month of December).
  • Visit the official Hart Stores website at: www.hartstores.com/hart-game
  • Click on the contest link and complete the online entry form.
  • Provide the following information:
    • Your full name
    • Your full address
    • Your phone number
    • Your email address
    • The unique code from your receipt (received in-store).

Only one (1) entry per receipt is allowed.

4. Prize:

One (1) prize will be awarded: A Hart Stores gift card valued at $1,000 (CAD).

The prize must be accepted as awarded, with no transfer, substitution, or cash exchange permitted.

5. Draw:

The draw will take place on January 6, 2025, at 10:00 AM (ET) at Hart Stores' headquarters, under the supervision of an authorized representative.

One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

The winner will be announced on our Facebook page.

Our employees are not allowed to participate in this contest.

6. Announcement and Prize Claim:

The winner will be contacted by phone or email within five (5) days following the draw.

To be declared the winner, the selected person must:

  • Sign a declaration and release form confirming that they comply with the contest terms.

If the winner cannot be reached, does not respond within seven (7) days, or does not meet the conditions outlined above, they will forfeit the prize, and another draw will be held.

7. Personal Information Protection:

The personal information collected in connection with this contest will be used solely for contest management purposes and will not be shared with third parties, in accordance with Hart Stores' Privacy Policy.

8. General Conditions:

  • By entering, participants agree to comply with these rules.
  • The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the contest in the event of fraud, technical error, or any other event beyond its control.
  • Any decision by the Organizer regarding this contest is final and binding.

This rulebook complies with general requirements and protects the company while being clear to participants.
